Theresa joined Lett Direct, Inc. in October of 2006. She has a solid background in housefile updates, merge/purge, NCOA and list fulfillment. Theresa started her career in direct mail working at MBS, where she held the position of NCOA Coordinator. While at MBS Theresa gained valuable industry experience performing the production and setup side of list rentals. Following MBS, she moved to Cross Country Computer where she specialized in strategic marketing as a group leader of list rentals. Currently at Lett Direct, Inc. her responsibilities include: Circulation Planning, all aspects of Plan Execution, and Weekly Client Sales Reports. Theresa manages various analyses and client specific reports based on the preliminary assessment throughout the contract.
